I earned my Broker’s license in 2005 and began my career in Menifee, California. We weathered the 2008 housing crash and emerged as one of the leading brokers in Southwest Riverside County, specializing in bank-owned properties.
In 2012, I began exploring larger real estate companies to serve our clients better. After careful consideration, we joined Keller Williams Realty in Temecula. With over 100 agents in the office, I consistently ranked in the top 5 for four consecutive years. I also served on the Agent Leadership Council and, when asked, stepped into the Market Center Team Leader role.
In 2016, I was recruited by Coldwell Banker and quickly rose to the top 3% of agents globally, with more than 80,000 agents internationally. Despite that success, I chose to return to Keller Williams to further grow my business. Since 2008, I’ve helped over 1,500 clients buy and sell homes and consistently rank in the top 2% of agents in the Temecula Valley. MLS statistics show that I sell homes 20 days faster than the average agent in our area—6 days versus 26—while achieving an average of 2% higher sale prices. Faster sales, higher prices.
