I first earned my real estate license in 1983, selling homes in Orange County when fixed rate mortgages were at 13%, coming down from the historical high of 18% in 1982. After a short period of success, I traded in my suit and tie for a guitar and began an odyssey that took me around the world, performing rock ‘n’ roll music w great friends as we entertained US Armed Forces on military bases in Japan, Korea and throughout Europe.
At the same time I was performing onstage, I was working on the business side w my best friend and college roommate securing bookings, negotiating contracts and coordinating all the logistics of touring including transportation, lodging and event production for both local acts and internationally renowned recording artists. In a few short years, we had grown from a fledgling business into one of the top suppliers of entertainment to the US Armed Forces stationed around the world.
I put aside ‘life on the road’ in 2006 and decided to return to real estate. In 2012, I began to look at larger real estate companies as I considered how I could better serve our clients. My wife joined my team and we decided to join Keller Williams Realty in Temecula, where I consistently ranked in the top 5 four consecutive years. I served on the Agent Leadership Council, and when asked by the owners, took on a new role as the Team Leader of the Market Center.
I was recruited to join Coldwell Banker in 2016 and after a short stint there (where I ranked in the top 3% for annual production among 80,000+ agents internationally), I decided to bring my business back to Keller Williams. I have helped over 1000 clients buy and sell homes since 2008 and I consistently rank in the top 2% of real estate agents in the Temecula Valley.
